Pop-Up Park — Terms of Use

Agreement

By installing or playing Pop-Up Park you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is provided by PxHurts OÜ ("we", "us").

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pop-Up Park on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or extract its assets, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Purchases and virtual items

• Coins, hints, undos and similar items are a limited licence to use a feature inside the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred out of the app.
• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds ourselves; ask the store.
• We may change prices, and may change how virtual items are earned or spent, in order to keep the game balanced.
• If the app is discontinued, unused virtual items may become unavailable. Where local consumer law requires a refund of unused paid items, we will honour it.

Ads

The app is free and funded by advertising. Ad content comes from third parties and we do not control it. You can remove full-screen ads with the "Remove Ads" purchase; rewarded videos remain available because they give you something in return.

Acceptable use

Do not use cheats, automation, or modified clients; do not attempt to interfere with the app or its providers; do not use the app for anything unlawful.

Availability

We aim to keep the app working, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, or that it will be free of bugs. We may update, change, or discontinue it.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including, where it applies, your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
